May 20 (Reuters) - Projprzem SA  PJP.WA : 
    * Its unit, PROMStahl GmbH, sets up a company, Promstahl 
Yükleme ve Endüstriyel Kap Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited 
irketi, in Turkey 
    * The new firm, wholly-owned by PROMStahl GmbH, has capital 
of 240,000 liras  ($92,226) and will produce and distribute 
metal constructions  
    * The above operation is in line with the group's planned 
expansion in Turkey and in the neighbouring countries
