** Company posts Q1 revenue of $276.7 million, missing analysts' estimate of $279.2 million - data compiled by LSEG

** Reports Q1 adj net income of $50 million vs estimates of $51.7 million

** PLNT says it is developing mitigation plans for potential tariff impacts and believes its exposure is limited at current tariff levels

** Company maintains its forecasts of 2025 revenue growth of around 10% and adj net income growth of 8% to 9%

** Including session's moves, PLNT up 2.1%
