    * Reports FY net income of 15.9 million euros ($19.7 
million) versus 0.7 million euros last year 
    * FY recurring operating profit is 20.6 million euros versus 
4.0 million euros last year 
    * Aims FY revenue between 465 million euros and 470 million 
euros, including 9 months results of recently acquired Karl Hess 
    * Dividend of 1.20 euro per share will be proposed to AGM
