Board Appointment

Playtech (LSE: PTEC), the leading platform, content and services provider in
the online gambling industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Doreen
Tan to the Board as a new Independent Non-executive Director, effective 9 July
2024.

Over a career spanning more than 30 years, Doreen possesses a broad range of
skills and an extensive network, having held senior positions in some of the
largest international financial institutions.

There are no further disclosures required under LR 9.6.13 in respect of this
appointment.

Brian Mattingley, Non-executive Chairman, said:

"I am delighted that Doreen has agreed to join the Playtech Board. Her wealth
of experience, gained at some of the world's leading financial institutions,
will add further depth and valuable insights to the Board's discussions. We
