Director Declaration

Further to the announcement on 13 February 2023 regarding the strategic
investment made by Playtech plc (LSE: PTEC) in NorthStar Gaming Inc.
("NorthStar"), NorthStar's proposed reverse takeover (the "RTO") of Baden
Resources Inc. has now completed. The resulting entity following the RTO has
been renamed NorthStar Gaming Holdings Inc. ("NorthStar Gaming") and is now
listed on the Canadian TSX Venture Exchange as of 8 March 2023. Chris
McGinnis, Chief Financial Officer of Playtech, has been appointed to the Board
of Directors of NorthStar Gaming (TSXV: BET) as Playtech's representative with
effect from 3 March 2023.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R (2).
