Playtech plc has been notified of the following dealings in its ordinary

On 13 April 2023, in accordance with the provisions of the Playtech Long Term
Incentive Plan 2012, Uri Levy, Vice President of Business Development,
exercised options over, and subsequently sold, 205,681 ordinary shares in the
Company.
