Director / PDMR Notification

 

Playtech plc has been notified of the following dealings in its ordinary
shares:

On 10 November 2025, in accordance with the provisions of the Playtech Long
Term Incentive Plan 2012, Mor Weizer, Chief Executive Officer, and Chris
McGinnis, Chief Financial Officer, exercised options over 72,596 ordinary
shares and 60,778 ordinary shares, respectively.

Both Mr. Weizer and Mr. McGinnis intend to settle any tax liabilities arising
from the exercise of these options using personal funds and will therefore
retain all the shares acquired, rather than selling any to fund any such tax
liabilities.

announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market
Abuse Regulation.
