Notice of Annual General Meeting

Playtech (LSE: PTEC) announces that its 2025 Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
will be held at the offices of  Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP at Governor's
House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, London, EC4R 0BR at 10.00 am on Wednesday 21
May 2025.

In accordance with Listing Rule 6.4.1R, copies of the AGM notice and Annual
Report have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and are available
