Publication of Circular and Notice of General Meeting

Further to the announcement on 17 September 2024 in relation to the proposed
sale of Snaitech, the Board of Playtech (LSE: PTEC) announces that a Circular
to convene a General Meeting is being published today. The principal purpose
of the General Meeting is for shareholders to vote on a revised directors'
remuneration policy as well as two new long-term incentive plans.

The General Meeting will be held at 10:00 am on 19 December 2024 at the
offices of  Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, Governor's House, 5 Laurence
Pountney Hill, London EC4R 0BR.

Copies of the Circular are being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism,
and will shortly be available at
