Update on the disposal of Finalto

 

 

Further to the announcement made on 15 June 2022, Playtech plc ("Playtech" or
"the Company") confirms that the proposed all-cash sale of its financial
trading division ("Finalto") to Gopher Investments (the "Transaction") is now
expected to close early to mid July 2022.

 

As previously announced, all regulatory approvals have been received and the
completion statement will be finalised in accordance with the Sale and
Purchase Agreement. The Transaction was approved by shareholders during the
General Meeting held on 1 December 2021.
