Playtika shares climb on report of buyout interest

** U.S.-listed shares of Playtika Holding Corp  PLTK.O  up
3.3% at $14.87 
    ** Shares rise after report https://bit.ly/3yonqq6 that
private equity firm Joffre Capital has agreed to acquire a
majority stake in the gaming co at $21 per share
    ** Reported offer price is a 46% premium to PLTK's last
close of $14.4
    ** Report says Playtika shares would continue trading on the
Nasdaq following the deal with Joffre
    ** Earlier this year, PLTK said it was considering strategic

    ** Playtika and Joffre Capital were not immediately
available for comment
    ** Up to last close, stock fell 16.8% this year
