SIGNING A DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT FOR SELLING THE LAND PLOT IN BRASOV, ROMANIA
 
Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announced today, further to its announcement dated November 29, 2019, regarding the Pre Agreement signed on February 5, 2019 for the sale of the land plot in Brasov, Romania (the "Property"), that its indirect subsidiary has signed  on  February 14, 2020 the definitive Sale-Purchase Agreement for the sale of the Property for a total gross consideration of Euro 623,952.32 (the "Consideration").
As agreed in the Sale-Purchase Agreement, the purchaser paid to the indirect subsidiary the price balance in the amount of Euro 573,952.32.
