NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING


Plaza Centers N.V., is to announce that the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("EGM") will take place at 16:00 (CET) on 19 December 2019 at the offices of the Company (Pietersbergweg 283, 1105 BM Amsterdam, the Netherlands).

Documents made available by the Company for the purpose of the EGM may be inspected during normal working hours at the registered office of the Company (Pietersbergweg 283, 1105 BM Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Copies of the documents are also available on the Company's website.
 
Copy of the Company's Notices of Extraordinary General Meeting has been submitted today to the UK Listing Authority.
