UPDATE REGARDING THE BONDHOLDERS' MEETING VOTING RESULTS
Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company announces today that further to the Company's bondholders meeting that held on November 12, 2020 without actual convergence, the Company's bondholders approved as follows:
 
1.   Further to the Company's announcement as of November 2, 2020, in regard to the addendum to the pre-sale agreement signed by the Company and AFI Europe N.V.  regarding the Casa Radio Project, It was resolved to approve the Company to sign the addendum.
 
2.   It was resolved to approve the postponement of the full payment of the fund and 98.16% of the interest amount which their fixed payment date was scheduled to January 1, 2021, accordingly the Company shall pay on January 1, 2021, a 1.84% from the full interest amount, and the final redemption date of the fund and interest of the bondholders shall postpone to July 1, 2021.
