UPDATE REGARDING A CHANGE IN HOLDINGS

 

Further to Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announcement dated
January 31, 2024  (the "Last Announcement"), regarding the purchase of the
Company's shares by Ragnar Trade spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością
("Ragnar Trade"), the Company announces today, that since the Last
Announcement, Ragnar Trade acquired about 458 thousand shares of the Company,
thus Ragnar Trade holdings in the Company is increased to 11.70% of the
Company's issued and paid capital.
