UPDATE REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF A NOTICE OF DISPUTE AND ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER
AND CONSENT TO ARBITRATE TO ROMANIA WITH RESPECT TO THE "CASA RADIO" PROJECT

 

Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today, further to its previous announcement dated January 14, 2022 that the Company has engaged an international law firm in London for advice and representation in potential legal proceedings with respect to the "Casa Radio" project (the "Project"); that on February 14, 2022 the Company issued a Notice of Dispute and Acceptance of Offer and Consent to Arbitrate to Romania with respect to the Project.
