At 11:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.61% at 51,169.21. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.31% at 7,659.99, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.21% at 26,763.97.
