 2022 Annual Report and 2023 Annual General Meeting

Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating proprietary
technology-based trading platforms, has today published on its website,
www.plus500.com, its Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2022 and a
Notice of its 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R of the UK Financial Conduct Authority
("FCA"), copies of these documents have been submitted today to the FCA's
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection in

The AGM will be held at 10.00 am (UK time) on Tuesday, 2 May 2023 at the
