("Plus500" or the "Company")

Director/PDMR Dealing and Total Voting Rights

Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating technology-based trading
platforms, announces that on 31 December 2022 it issued a total of 389,524
ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 ("Ordinary Shares") out of the Ordinary Shares
held in treasury, as follows:

 

·   104,408 Ordinary Shares to certain persons (including PDMRs and/or PCAs
as detailed below) to satisfy deferred payments due to them under the
Company's 2019, 2020 and 2022 bonus schemes.

 

·    107,418 Ordinary Shares to PDMRs and/or their PCAs as detailed below
to satisfy payments due to them under the Company's vested 2020 LTIP grant
scheme.

 

·    96,175 Ordinary Shares to PDMRs and/or their PCAs as detailed below
to satisfy payments due to them under the  Company's vested 2020 RSU grant
scheme.

In addition, 81,523 Ordinary Shares were issued to non-PDMRs to satisfy
payments due to them under the Company's vested 2022 RSU grant scheme.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 389,524 Ordinary Shares on 31 December 2022 and
following the repurchase of 32,779 Ordinary Shares on 3 January 2023, as of 3
January 2023, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue was 93,652,331 (excluding
treasury shares) and the Company held 21,236,046 Ordinary Shares in treasury.
Therefore, the total voting rights in the Company as of 3 January 2023 was
93,652,331. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
