Transaction in Own Shares
Plus500, a global multi-asset fintech group operating proprietary
technology-based trading platforms, announces that, in accordance with the
terms of its share buyback programme announced on 11 August 2025 and commenced
on 18 August 2025 (the "Share Buyback Programme"), the Company purchased the
following number of its ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each through Panmure
Liberum Limited.
Date of purchase: 31 December 2025
Aggregate number of ordinary shares of ILS 0.01 each purchased: 7,646
Lowest price paid per share (GBp): 3,618.00
Highest price paid per share (GBp): 3,644.00
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp): 3,628.42
The Company will hold the repurchased shares in treasury. Following the
purchase of these shares and an allotment of 1,438,441 ordinary shares made on
31 December 2025, the remaining number of ordinary shares in issue is
70,429,700 (excluding treasury shares), and the Company holds 44,458,677
ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Plus500 are
70,429,700. This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No.
596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal)
Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual
trades made by Panmure Liberum Limited as part of the Share Buyback
Programme.
