** Shares of U.S. bank PNC Financial  PNC.N rise ~3.37% to $222.29 premarket, after Q4 profit jumps

** PNC reports profit for Q4 was $2.03 bln, or $4.88 per share, compared with $1.63 bln, or $3.77 per share, a year earlier.

** The bank's net interest income rose 6% to $3.73 bln in Q4

** PNC's capital markets and advisory revenue jumped 41% to $489 mln in Q4

** 18 of 24 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, five "hold", one "sell"; their median PT is $235.50 - LSEG data

** PNC stock was up ~8% in 2025
