** Shares of PNC Infratech  PNCI.NS  climb as much as 12.4%
to 347.9 rupees; on track for best day in over six months 
    ** Infra development firm completed its Hathras Highways
project under the National Highways Authority of India
    ** Co now eligible for early completion bonus worth 44.3 mln
rupees ($522,051.67); overall project cost is at 7.38 bln rupees
    ** PNCI eyes busiest trading session since late May, with
volumes at 17.7x the 30-day avg 
    ** Analysts' avg rating on stock is "buy", median PT is 400
rupees - LSEG data 
    ** Stock last up 9.7%, trimming YTD losses to 3.3%
