** Construction and engineering co said on Wednesday it was
won a project worth 20.91 bln rupees ($249.1 mln)
** Order from City and Industrial Development Corp of
Maharashtra for construction of road and other structures
** More than 1 mln shares change hands, 2.2x its 30-day avg
** Avg rating of 15 analysts is a 'buy;' their median PT is
563 rupees - LSEG data
** Stock up 22% so far this year
