Pritish Nandy Communications Limited has informed the Exchange vide letter dated May 25, 2016 regarding a press release "Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd announces that in the Arbitration proceedings with Sanjay Gupta of White Feather Films, the Learned arbitrator has passed an award in favour of the Company. As per the said order, company has been awarded its entire claim of Rs 3.52 Cr and interest thereon."
