Board Committee Changes

 

 

The Board of Pod Point Group Holdings plc (the "Board"), a leading provider of
electric vehicle charging solutions in the UK, announces changes to membership
of the following Board committees with effect from 25 July:

 

·    Andy Palmer is appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee and steps
down from the ESG Committee.

·    Gareth Davis steps down as Chair of the Nomination Committee but
remains a member of the committee and is appointed to the Remuneration
Committee

·    Melanie Lane is appointed to the ESG Committee
