CFO Appointment

Further to the Company's announcement on 30 June 2022, the board of directors
of Pod Point ("the Board") announces that David Wolffe, currently CFO
Designate, will be appointed to the Board and take over as Chief Financial
Officer on 3 January 2023. David Surtees will retire from the Board and as
Chief Financial Officer on the same date, ahead of his retirement from the
Company at the end of March 2023 (as previously disclosed at the time of Pod
Point's IPO).

Details of David Wolffe's recent appointments were included in the
announcement on 30 June 2022. There are no further details to be disclosed
under Rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules in respect of his appointment.

 

Gareth Davis, Chair of Pod Point, commented: "I'm delighted to welcome David
Wolffe onto the Board. He is an experienced CFO and I know that Pod Point will
benefit greatly from his appointment. The Board would also like to express its
thanks and good wishes to David Surtees. He has made a great contribution to
the development of Pod Point especially with its transition to becoming a
