In accordance with LR9.6.14R, Dr Margaret Amos, Non-Executive Director of Pod
Point, has notified the Company that she has been appointed as a Non-Executive
Director of Hunting PLC ("Hunting") with immediate effect. Margaret has also
been appointed as a member of each of Hunting's Board Committees.
