In accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, the
Company was notified on the 2 December 2024 that on the same day Melanie Lane,
Chief Executive Officer, and Michael Killick, Interim Chief Financial Officer,
each purchased 400,000 Ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 12.5 pence
and 12.6 pence per Ordinary share respectively.
