·     Notice of Pod's 2025 Annual General Meeting to be held as a virtual
meeting on Monday 30 June 2025 at 2.00pm (the AGM)

·      Form of Proxy for the AGM

Details of the arrangements for shareholders to join the AGM are set out in
the Notice of the AGM.

Hard copies of the these documents will be posted today to shareholders who
