Notice of Flex Capital Market Event

Pod Point, a leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions in the
UK, is pleased to announce it will host a capital markets event on Wednesday,
10 July 2024.

The event will include a deep dive into Pod Point's Energy Flex business.
Speakers at the event will be Melanie Lane, CEO; Pilgrim Beart, VP Flex; and
David Wolffe, CFO.

A live webcast of the presentation followed by Q&A will be held on
Wednesday, 10 July at 2:30pm for investors and analysts and will be available
