Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")

 

Notification of Transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities (PDMRs)/Persons Closely Associated (PCAs)

 

The Company was notified that on 30 March 2023, Mr Andrew Ross, a
non-executive Director, sold 70,000 ordinary shares in Company at the price of
456.0p per ordinary share.

 

The Company was also notified that on the same date, Mrs. Elizabeth Ross, the
wife and a PCA of Mr Ross, purchased 70,000 shares in the Company at the price
of 456.0p per ordinary share.
