Fund Terminations

 

 

Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Group"), the specialist
active asset management group, confirms that the Directors of the two 1940 Act
mutual funds, Phaeacian Accent International Value Fund and the Phaeacian
Global Value Fund (the "Funds"), managed by Phaeacian Partners LLC (the
Adviser), have decided to terminate the Funds with effect from 26 May 2022.
The termination of the Funds is immaterial to the core profitability of the
