Polar Capital Holdings plc ("Polar Capital" or the "Company")

Transaction in own shares

 

Polar Capital announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share
buyback programme announced on 16 January 2026 (the "Programme"), the Company
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 2.5p ("Ordinary
Shares") each through Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (trading for these
purposes as Deutsche Numis) ("Deutsche Numis").

 Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased:       6,054
 Lowest price paid per share (GBp):                   626.00
 Highest price paid per share (GBp):                  639.00
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp):  634.2085

 

The repurchased shares will be cancelled by the Company.

 

Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company's issued
ordinary share capital is 100,971,153. Therefore, the total voting rights in
the Company will be 100,971,153. This figure for the total number of voting
rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in the
Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of the UK version of Regulation (EU) No.
596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal)
Act 2018, the table below contains detailed information of the individual
trades made by Deutsche Numis as part of the Share Buyback Programme.
