 * Board confirms that the company is independently operated from trikomsel 
 * Says for the financial year ended 31 December 2015, the group recorded a loss 
   due to significant impairment on trikomsel 
 * Group will also remain cautious of its outlook for the remaining financial 
   year 
 * Board keeps its confidence level for trikomsel and hopes that the downturn 
   cycle of business would end soon
