 * On December 23 recieved a summons from state/commercial court dated 17 December 
 * Summons related is a petition for suspension of debt payments proceeding submitted by one of our creditors 
 * the company has instructed legal counsel considering the appropriate response to the petition 
 * The co will consider the petition "with a view to finding the best solution for all its creditors"
