Oct 31(Reuters) - Polisan Holding A.S.  POLHO.IS : 
    * Signs agreement to sell 50 percent of unit Polisan Boya at 
total $113.5 million to Kansai Paint Co. 
    * Kansai Paint to pay $68.5 million to Polisan Holding as 
stake sale price and participate in Polisan Boya's capital 
increase with $45 million 
    * Polisan Boya to make 35 million euro investment for a 
facility that is expected to be completed by the end of 2017
