Notification of Transaction of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMRs") and Persons Closely Associated ("PCAs")

 

The Company has been notified that Lindsey McMurray, CEO and a PDMR, has
entered into a personal lending arrangement pursuant to which a number of
ordinary shares beneficially owned by Ms McMurray have been pledged under a
security agreement with DB UK Bank Limited. Ms McMurray's aggregate interest
in the Company is unchanged as a result of this transaction.
