Pollen Street Group Limited ("Pollen Street" or the "Group")
Director/PDMR Dealing
Pollen Street announces that it has been notified of the following
transactions in the Company's Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares")
undertaken by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs").
Pollen Street partners, Michael England, Matthew Potter and Ian Gascoigne (the
"Selling Partners"), have sold in aggregate 250,000 POLN Shares to two senior
members of the business development team, including William Tice.
The sale of Shares was arranged to align the incentivisation of the senior
business development employees in a way which was non-dilutive to the wider
shareholder base. The impact of the sales on the overall holdings of the
Selling Partners is limited, representing in each case a transfer of 0.13% of
the POLN Shares at the time of the trade.
In addition to the above, William Tice purchased 240,000 Shares in the market.
Separately, Ian Gascoigne has transferred 150,000 Shares to The Ian And Santa
Gascoigne Charitable Foundation (the "Foundation") at a transfer price of 619p
per Share. Ian is a Trustee of the Foundation and therefore the transfer is
deemed to have no net impact on his resultant holdings.
Following the transactions above, the resultant holdings for each of the PDMRs
is as follows:
