Pollen Street Group Limited (the "Company")

SECOND INTERIM DIVIDEND DECLARATION

On 26 March 2026, the Directors of Pollen Street Group Limited declared a
second interim dividend of 31.0 pence per ordinary share for the period ending
31 December 2025 ("Second Interim Dividend").

The dividend will be paid on 1 May 2026 to holders of ordinary shares on the
register as of 7 April 2026. The ex-dividend date is 2 April 2026. The Second
Interim Dividend is the dividend declared in relation to the 6-month period
ending 31 December 2025.

The Company will not be offering a scrip dividend alternative. However, the
Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a
Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). Further details on the DRIP, can be found
