Transaction in Own Shares

 

Pollen Street Group Limited ("Pollen Street Group" or the "Company") announces
it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each
through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        26(th) April 2024
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     78,750
 Lowest price per share (pence):          692.5
 Highest price per share (pence):         692.5
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  692.5

 

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 388,750 ordinary shares held
in treasury and 63,820,847 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).

of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 21(st) March
2024 (the "Programme").
