Transaction in Own Shares

 

Pollen Street Group Limited ("Pollen Street Group" or the "Company") announces
it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each
through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        10(th) June 2024
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     49,492
 Lowest price per share (pence):          686.0000
 Highest price per share (pence):         690.0000
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  689.2991

 

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 627,098 ordinary shares held
in treasury and 63,582,499 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is
63,582,499. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as part
of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 21(st) March
2024 (the "Programme").
