Transaction in Own Shares

 

Pollen Street Group Limited ("Pollen Street Group" or the "Company") announces
it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 pence each
through Panmure Liberum Limited.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        14 November 2025
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     10,000
 Lowest price per share (pence):          880.00
 Highest price per share (pence):         880.00
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  880.00

 

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, the Company has 4,031,101 ordinary shares
held in treasury and 60,178,496   ordinary shares in issue (excluding
treasury shares). Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company
is 60,178,496. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the
FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 5 November 2025
(the "Programme").
