Jan 28 (Reuters) - Winshine Entertainment & Media Holding Co Ltd  0209.HK : 
 * Says entered into a subscription agreement with each of the subscribers 
 * Net proceeds of the subscriptions are estimated to be approximately HK$1.17 billion 
 * Pursuant to deal subscribers to subscribe for 2.93 billion subscription shares at price of HK$0.40 per share 
 * Says company intends to apply the net proceeds from the subscriptions for the funding of the hospital development
