Oct 19 (Reuters) - Winshine Entertainment & Media Holding Co Ltd  0209.HK : 
 * Ent-inside information - memorandum of understanding in relation to a 
   possible transaction  
 * Company entered into a non-legally binding MOU with the shareholders of 
   Beijing Wufangqiao Chinese Medicine Kidney Disease Hospital 
 * Says pursuant to agreement the company would acquire 70% equity interest in 
   the target company 
 * Pursuant to the mou, the purchaser shall prepay to the vendors a refundable 
   sum of RMB5 million 
 * No formal agreement has been reached as to terms and conditions including consideration, timing and form of investment
