 * profit warning and lapse of subscription agreements  0209.HK  
 * Group is expected to record a loss of hk$119.2 million for its securities investment segment for the six months ended 30 June 2016 
 * Expected loss is attributable to realized losses of about hk$9.2 million from investments in equity securities 
 * Lapse of subscription agreements does not have material adverse impact on business operation and financial position of group 
 * Refers to announcements dated 28 January 2016 and 4 February 2016 in relation 
to the subscriptions
