Sept 15 (Reuters) - Polychem Ltd  POLY.BO : 
 * Entered share purchase/termination agreement with AVX Corporation, USA and 
   Gujarat Poly-AVX Electronics

Polychem Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had signed Promoter's Agreement with AVX Corporation, USA on December 20, 1990 to form a Company called "Gujarat Poly-AVX Electronics Limited". By Mutual Consent, the Company has now entered into the Share Purchase cum Termination Agreement with AVX Corporation, USA and Gujarat Poly-AVX Electronics Limited thereby terminating the Original Promoters Agreement.
