Brief: Polymetal to extend share exchange offer timeline

Oct 6 (Reuters) - Polymetal International PLC  POLYP.L 
said on Thursday it intended to extend a period for a previously
announced share exchange offer:
    * Polymetal said it had extended the timeline for the
exchange of
"certain eligible shares in consideration for certificated
shares" under a scheme originally announced on September 22
    * Tender forms and accompanying documentation must be
submitted by
November 3, when the exchange offer closes
    * Conditional notification of successful tenders will be
issued on
November 4, participating shareholders must respond to any
additional information requests by November 17
    * Individual exchanges will be completed by December 16 and
the
results of the exchange will be published on December 19
    * The exchange offer remains subject to shareholder approval
at a
general meeting scheduled for October 12
