Changes in the Executive Director role
Polymetal International plc (LSE, MOEX: POLY, ADR: AUCOY) (together with its subsidiaries - "Polymetal", the "Company", or the "Group") announces certain administrative changes to the appointment letter of Vitaly Nesis as an Executive Director of the Company, and to certain other related corporate documents. Following these changes, Mr. Nesis has beenappointed as the Group CEO of Polymetal International plc Group of companies, and will continue to serve as Executive Director of the Company but the role of Chief Executive of Polymetal International plc as a separate entity will no longer exist. These changes will not affect Mr. Nesis's roles and responsibilities in managing the Group, which he will continue to do in his capacity as an executive and/ or director of Group subholding companies.
