Polymetal announces its Annual General  Meeting (AGM, "Meeting"), which will  be held on Monday  25
April 2022 at 9am (BST) at the Institute of Directors, 116 Pall Mall, St. James's, London SW1Y 4AE,
UK.

The following documents have been made available to shareholders on 22 March 2022:

  • Notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice");
  • Proxy Form; and
  • Notice of Availability.

Copies of the Notice and the Proxy Form  have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism  and
