   Results of Audit Tender

   Polymetal announces that  following a  competitive tender  process under  the
   supervision of the Audit and Risk Committee, the Board has decided to  retain
   Deloitte LLP as the Group's auditor. This appointment will be recommended  to
   shareholders for approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2020.

   The tender  process has  been held  in compliance  with the  Competition  and
   Markets Authority  regulations,  applicable  EU  requirements  and  Financial
   Reporting  Council  guidance.  Following  the  Audit  and  Risk   Committee's
   recommendation, the Board will propose the re-appointment of Deloitte LLP  as
   external auditors for  the year commencing  1 January 2020  at the  Company's
   2020 Annual General  Meeting. Deloitte LLP  has been auditor  of the  Company
   since 2011 and will be subject to mandatory rotation in 2029.

   Giacomo Baizini, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, said:

   "We have  conducted  a robust  and  thorough process  which  has led  to  the
   Committee's recommendation to retain Deloitte LLP as the Group's auditor.  We
   would like to thank everyone who took part in the tender and look forward  to
   continuing to work with Deloitte".
